To book a package with Ummi Travel, please fill out the form on the respective travel page and make payment. You can choose to pay via PayNow or In Person at Ummi Travel’s office. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed after payment is received.

After submitting the form and making payment, our team will contact you within the next three days via phone call or WhatsApp. Our representative will update you on the next steps between then and the day of your travel.

If for any reason you don’t receive an update from us within 3 working days, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

In general, if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making payment, you may be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel your booking after 24 hours, you may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the terms and conditions of your booking.
